Established in 1989 as a real estate brokerage firm to consult, lease, buy and sell, and provide commercial financing for participants that utilize commercial property throughout the State of Michigan.  The companies' areas of expertise are land assemblage, tenant representation, ownership representation, the sale and acquisition of property, procurement of financing, and consultation to provide value to parties that utilize all aspects of commercial property.

SRK Realty's land assemblage clients have included Talon Development and Lormax Stern Development for whom SRK successfully located and assembled two power center sites in the City of Taylor and Meridian Township, Michigan.  The sites ranged in size from 13 to 30 acres, involving from 7 to 12 different property owners.  The Tenants in these centers include Circuit City, Pet Smart, Dicks Sporting Goods, Rio Grande and McDonald's.

SRK Realty represents owners' interest in a number of transactions and has worked with a number of institutional owners such as the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan National Bank, Beaumont Hospital, The State of Michigan, Ramco-Gershenson, KFC, and numerous local investors.
