Brian E. Kepes  is married and the proud father of a daughter and son, resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and maintains real estate businesses in Farmington Hills, Michigan.  He has been involved in the accounting and real estate professions for over 20 years.  In 1982, he graduated in accounting from Michigan State University and joined Price Waterhouse & Co. where he earned his CPA designation.  In 1984, he joined WW Group, Inc. the world's largest franchisee of Weight Watchers weight loss centers, as Director of Financial and Strategic Planning.  He sold their 20,000 sq. ft. headquarters and was responsible for building, financing and leasing of their new 60,000 sq. ft. office building.  In 1987, he joined Studio Center Investment Company, as General Manager, which developed, owned and managed a 100,000 sq.ft. high technology office communication park.  His responsibilities included building, financing, leasing and selling of the park.  In 1989, Mr. Kepes formed SRK Realty Company, Inc. and SRK Management Company, Inc. to pursue a career in adding value to commercial real estate.

Mr. Kepes is a member of a number of professional, public and non-profit organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, past President of the Fresh Air Society, Trustee for Bloomfield Township and member of the Board of Governors of The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.

 Tim Waun began with SRK Management in 2006. He manages and leases investment properties in the Mount Clemens area for Litchfield Advisors, a Chicago based private equity firm. Mr. Waun’s six years of experience in Real Estate includes investment, management, development, and sales. Along with corporate management and leasing.

Mr. Waun has been active in projects ranging from the Northridge Academy public charter school in Flint, Michigan, multi-family residential investments, and a retail business owner in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Waun worked for 15 years in various positions ranging from manufacturing to international sales in the automotive industry. Mr. Waun holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University, and an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University. Mr. Waun is married, has two children, a daughter and son, and lives with his family in Livonia, Michigan where he coaches basketball and soccer.

 Rodney Raub   He started his business career working in his family business since he was eighteen years old, Cleaners Sales Corp. in Detroit which sold equipment, turn key new businesses and established operating businesses drycleaning, industrial laundry and coin operated Laundromat. He worked in every aspect of the business while he attended Detroit Institute of Technology (DIT) and also took many business background classes at the Detroit College of Law (DCL).  He acquired an extensive valuable background of real estate as he regularly negotiated retail leases and developing small strip centers for many builder developers for the purpose of putting entrenpeurs in business and finding additional locations for multi store and large chain .owners.

Rodney was married just before his twenty-first birthday to his high school sweet heart and had four incredibly wonderful children who became very morally and financially successful, as he says “the reward of a lifetime”.   His children live in Eagle/Vail, Colorado, Lampasas/Austin, Texas, Boca Raton, Florida and Cooper City, Florida.  He enjoys his seven grandchildren (six boys age six through fifteen and beautiful granddaughter age 2) in all their endeavors and special occasions.  They all join their Papa Rod in his passionate hobby of fishing which he does twelve months a year.  In 1962  he started Do-It Yourself Car Wash business the first of almost a hundred he built through out Michigan was on Livernois Avenue across the street from the University of  Detroit College.  This added to his real estate knowledge land sales, fighting all cities for approvals as car washes were classified as non-conforming use, having building crews, service and supplies.  It was a very profitable franchise operation which for almost four years had no competitors.

Eileen Wojtas   Joined SRK Management Company, Inc. in 1997 as an Executive Secretary / Office Manager.  Before joining SRK Managment she managed the michigan office of  Coast Engineering which included procurment of customer owned vehicles for GM  emmission testing  for 8 years.

As well as her duties as assistant to the President, she prepares all marketing presentation information, accounts payable & receivable, maintenance scheduling, computer graphics, web design update, computer maintenance, tenant relations and notary public duties. 

Eileen's is married, has a daughter, two sons and  three grandchildren. Her hobbies include collecting family photos and genealogy historian.  She is hard working, friendly and efficient, and an invaluable member of the SRK team.

Michael Brown  Joined SRK Management Company, Inc. in 1998 as a Maintenance Supervisor.  He  manages our maintenance crew that is responsible for  all maintenance on our managed properties from roof repairs, landscaping, cement work to light bulb changes.  

Michael was a supervisor for Chrysler Corporation in Highland Park, Michigan and left to invest more time in his D-J business "The Gold Tones".   Michael is married and has two sons, a daughter, two step daughters, a step son and four grandchildren. He is an avid HO train enthusiast and he enjoys playing baseball with his church team.   

He came to us with many years of general maintenance experience with great expectations of expanding his knowledge. He is hard working, friendly, and an important member of the SRK team.
